SHORT TAX PERIOD RESULTS
FOR THE FIVE MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2012
The board (the “Board”) of directors of My WordShop, LLC (the “Company”) announces that the short tax period results for the five months ended 31 December 2012 (herein referred to as “STP”) with figures visually diagramming its progress.
For the 2012 tax year, the Company is exempt from the Business Profits Tax (BPT) and the Business Enterprise Tax (BET). For subsequent years, if no changes are made to current corporate tax rates, it may be subject to a BPT rate of 8.5% of income and BET rate of 0.75% on the enterprise value tax base (the total compensation paid out, including dividends and interest).
Work volume peaked during the month of October at 30,225 words, averaging at a rate of 18,287 words/month and a total reaching 91,439 words for the STP ended 31 December 2012 (see figure 1).

The Company has utilized multiple media outlets to market its service. It has established a Twitter account at http://www.twitter.com/MyWordShop; a Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/MyWordShop; and a LinkedIn page at http://www.linkedin.com/company/my-wordshop-llc. It is awaiting verification (V-Badge) for its Sina Weibo Enterprise account. As of 31 December 2012, its official website, http://www.mywordshop.com/, ranks 13,307,589 on Alexa for website traffic. Through search engine optimization, it is determined to half this number by the end of the next tax year.
The main expenses incurred during the STP included website maintenance fees from the website host uCoz (headquartered in Moscow, Russia), domain registration fees from the Go Daddy Group Inc. (headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona), New Hampshire incorporation filing fees, and transaction fees from PayPal Inc. (headquartered in San Jose, California). Through customization of its site, it has eliminated all website hosting fees for subsequent years. In terms of company maintenance required by the state of New Hampshire, it will only be required to pay an annual report-filing fee.
